Balanced Wellness Office Hours: 9am-4pm Tuesday-Thursday. Please note if you message us outside of these hours, please allow us time to respond once our office reopens. Please use your patient portal for communicating any medical or clinical related questions or medication refills. 

Medication Refills: In an effort to ensure you do not run out of medication, please provide a 2 week notice for medication refills. This will ensure the pharmacy has enough time to process your prescription and you are not without medication. 

Supplement refills from our office: Please notify us by Thursday for pickup the following Tuesday. We will process your request and apply payment to the card on file. 

Credit Card Fees A1.5% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions at the time of processing.
